Cancellation policy 2018

• If the Summer Course will be cancelled by the organization, the full course fee will be refunded.
• if cancellation is made up to four weeks before the start date of the Summer Course, € 65 administration costs will be owed and the rest will be returned.
• if cancellation is made between four and two weeks before the start date of the Summer Course, € 130 administration costs will be owed and the rest will be returned.
• if cancellation is made within two weeks before the start date of the Summer Course, no refund will be made.
• When after cancellation the Summer Course 2018 you will apply to the Summer Course 2019, the course offers you a discount of € 65.



Liability

• The organization does not arrange any insurance for the participants– this must be arranged by the participant. The organization accepts no liability for the participant regarding illness or accident unless there is clear evidence of negligence by the organization/foundation.



Privacy Personal Data

• I keep the information that you provide me with via registration forms and e-mails in my database. I will retain this data securely until I receive a request from you to delete this data. I will only use this data to keep you informed about my activities and to communicate with you about these activities. To view, change or delete the data that I have kept from you, you can e-mail me at info@wiekekarsten.nl. There is also always the possibility to unsubscribe for my mailing list via a link at the bottom of my newsletters.
• I send a list of participants with place, e-mail address and phone number to the participants of that academy to be able to contact each other to travel together. If you don't want your contact details to be shared with the other participant, please let me know. In case of discrepancy, the Dutch version of these terms will be taken as binding.
